An Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for following duties and tasks, such as:

  1. Entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
  2. Processing payments.
  3. Prepare monthly reconciliation.
  4. Filing and maintaining supplier records.
  5. Checking and verifying invoices.
  6. Preparing cheques for payment.
  7. Process petty cash claims.
  8. Prepare daily cash collection report.
  9. Check email and respond accordingly.
  10. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by management.

Job Requirements

  1. A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting or equivalent.
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome.
  3. Attention to details.
  4. Able to work independently.
  5. Team player.
