An Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for following duties and tasks, such as:
- Entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
- Processing payments.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation.
- Filing and maintaining supplier records.
- Checking and verifying invoices.
- Preparing cheques for payment.
- Process petty cash claims.
- Prepare daily cash collection report.
- Check email and respond accordingly.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of NITEC or certificate in Accounting or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Attention to details.
- Able to work independently.
- Team player.
