Accounts Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience who want hands-on exposure in accounting, reporting, and daily financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts up to Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss
• Process payments and receipts; support Treasury operations
• Assist with monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Support GST submissions and audits
• Help with system implementations and ad-hoc finance projects
• Perform general finance-related administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
• Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an advantage but not compulsory
• Available to join immediately
