Purchase Requisition & Goods Receipt Management

• Ensure Purchase Requisitions are created within 3 working days of receiving requests.

• Check and route park Invoice to the next workflow.

• Handle Goods Receipt (GR) exceptions by notifying relevant parties

• Follow up on all GR-related matters, including:

o Invoices received by GFO without a corresponding GR.

o GR completed but payment not processed.

• Support month-end processes by generating monthly PRs for team review.

Accounts Payable & General Ledger Support

• Prepare AP and GL upload templates with accuracy.

Administrative Support

• Coordinate and order stationery for HPW and CRES staff on a quarterly basis.

• Arrange courier services as needed.

• Ensure emails in the common mailbox are acknowledged and actioned.

• Preparation of cost centre/GL account creation forms as needed

• CRES cost centres and HPW cost centres broadcast

Finance Operations

• Manage cost allocations across the Group (e.g. security, cleaning, electricity)

• Maintain and monitor the Outstanding Payment List for non-PO items

• Assist in monthly GL substantiation and Nostro open item reviews

• Assist with Capex Budget Transfers

• Facilitate unlocking of Internal Orders

• Monthly opex review of associates

• Assist in yearly budget exercise for collation and input
