Job Description

ob Responsibilities

  • Perform daily accounting duties such as data entry, invoice processing, and payment preparation.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Support month-end closing activities, including bank reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Prepare simple financial reports and assist in documentation for audits.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as required.

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE N/O or ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • No experience needed, full training will be provided.
  • Able to start work immediately.
