Accounts Assistant - UP $3000 + AWS + VB, Corporation Road, Perm

Job Details:

• Location: Corporation Road (Nearest MRT: Lakeside)

• Salary: Up to $3,000 Basic + AWS + VB

• Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Job Scope:

• Process full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for local transactions

• Handle and accurately post small-value transactions in foreign currencies, specifically Philippine Peso (PHP) and Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

• Utilize SAP for daily financial operations, including invoice processing, payments, and master data maintenance

• Assist in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.

• Maintain proper documentation and liaise with vendors/customers to resolve queries

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with minimum 2 years of related experience

• Knowledge of ERP or inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) will be good
