About Us

Utrust Immigration Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based immigration consultancy providing professional services in permanent residency, work passes, education pathways, and related corporate solutions. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.

• Prepare and process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Assist in bank reconciliations and monthly financial closing activities.

• Support preparation of financial reports, schedules, and management summaries.

• Assist with GST filings, expense claims, and basic tax-related matters.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents in compliance with company policies.

• Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior accounting or finance internship experience is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, or similar is a plus).

• Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently.

• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
