Job Details:

* Location: Bedok (near MRT)

* Salary: Up to $4,500 Basic

* Duration: 6 Months Convertible to perm

* Working hours: Mon to Fri 830am to 550pm

Job Scope:

* Oversee the complete full set of accounts for the holding company, including maintaining the General Ledger and managing all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

* Process payments, issue invoices, manage petty cash, update the daily cash book, and resolve any invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.

* Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and intercompany account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency across all entities.

* Generate balance sheet and profit & loss schedules, perform simple consolidation of group entities, and support the financial statement preparation process.

* Prepare and submit GST reports, provide support for tax-related inquiries, and fulfill government statistical survey requirements.

* Prepare all necessary schedules and documentation to facilitate the year-end audit.

* Prepare and maintain detailed Accounts Receivable schedules and other supporting financial records.

Requirements:

* Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Degree, Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

* Must have experience handling multi-currencies and accounting for exchange conversions.

* Proficiency in common ERP software (SAP/Workbench/Excel)
