Accountant

We are working with our client, an MNC in the Manufacturing industry, and they are looking for an Accountant

Role:

• Review individual and consolidated financial statements
• Prepare, compile, and submit audit-related documentations
• Review and update financial policies and SOPs to strengthen internal control frameworks
• Handle Management Accounting
• Corporate taxation, GST, and withholding tax. Liaise with tax agents and respond to tax enquiries and audits
• Handle transfer pricing regulations
• Check daily banking transactions, fund transfers, cash flow management, and prepare financial reporting materials for banks
• Ensure compliance with treasury management policies and internal controls

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in an MNC setting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent (ACCA/CA/CPA)
• Must possess strong technical knowledge in local and cross-border taxation
• Able to do hands-on accounting work
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. May need to respond to work matters during weekends
