Account Management & Growth:

oOwn a defined portfolio of vertical segment accounts and act as the primary point of contact.

oDevelop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.

oDrive account penetration and adoption of solutions, including printing, visual communications, and sustainability-driven offerings.

•Stakeholder Engagement:

oBuild trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, procurement, and business stakeholders.

oUnderstand customer business needs and position the company as a strategic partner.

•Consultative Selling:

oApply a solution-selling approach to identify and address customer pain points.

oPropose tailored solutions that meet customer objectives and support their digital transformation initiatives.

•Collaboration & Execution:

oWork closely with channel partners (supported by the channel team) to ensure smooth fulfilment and deployment.

oCollaborate with internal teams including marketing, technical support, and presales to deliver exceptional customer experience.

•Performance Tracking:

oMonitor account performance, pipeline development, and customer satisfaction.

oProvide accurate forecasts and regular reporting to management.
