Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Plan and manage Curriculum & Programmes (C&P) Division's academic and corporate administrative workflows, including:

  • To manage Learning Management System (LMS) for full qualification courses and selected online CPDs.

  • To manage Student Management System (SMS) for all full qualification courses.

  • To administer the Practicum system for PET and CET programmes.

  • To liaise with external agencies and ministries on course endorsements and funding.

  • To coordinate with internal divisions for processes where C&P is the main driver, providing data when necessary.

  • To maintain C&P SharePoint as a structured repository for critical information related to core functions, processes, ensuring systematic and logical versioning.

Provide oversight of duties carried out by academic admin staff related to academic and corporate functions, including:

  • LMS, SMS, Practicum systems

  • External liaison with agencies and service vendors

  • Internal coordination on budget, costing, payments , contracts and asset management)

  • Maintenance of Sharepoint

Manage projects, including:

  • ITQ and ITT processes

  • Proposal writing & vetting

  • NIEC copyright management

  • Training Provider Quality Assessment (TPQA) under SSG

Monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements in:

  • Workflow efficiency through SOP optimization

  • Cost savings through digitalization

  • Manpower efficiency through digitalization

Develop staff under his/her charge through:

  • Professional development in key areas that affect productivity, personal growth, and well-being.

  • Initiating workplan, appraising performance.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 3 years of performing either a primary or secondary function in managing curriculum/quality of education services and programmes or related functions

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • Good content knowledge on planning, systems & SOPs

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant educational tools/apps

  • Meticulous, organised, and consistent in work delivery

  • Good time management and prioritisation skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

Note: All new hires will be offered a two-year contract in the first instance. Contract renewal and emplacement on permanent appointment will be subject to continuous good performance.
