7 Months Contract Financial Analyst (Maternity Cover) *MNC* #BCX

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the KL Shared Service Centre for month-end closing activities and prepare the monthly reporting package
• Engage KL Shared Service Centre to manage payment process, travel and expenses to ensure queries raised by internal customers and vendors are resolved on a timely basis
• Support in liaising with statutory auditors, tax agents and other external parties. Prepare draft financial statements and support ad-hoc financial review with regional team
• Prepare quarterly GST filing
• Responsible for quarterly compliance reporting
• Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation preparation and analysis
• Support the FP&A team on the monthly forecast, actual vs budget review and ad-hoc requests from the regional team
• Support internal process improvement project and new system implementation
• Other administrative activities

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting with 3 years of working experience
• Advanced Excel skills, PeopleSoft experience would be an advantage
