6m Snr Executive, Financial Accounting / Planning Team (Up to 5k) #HFT

6 mths contract from End May!

• Coordinate and supervise budget roll-up. Data analytic support for periodic financial budgeting and reporting including analysis of workload and patient mix to revenue and subvention, trending and variance analysis of budget against actuals, etc.

• Evaluate OPEX spending and capital investment requests. Review and evaluate business cases and projects for risks and opportunities.

• Review internal processes, systems, policies and procedures and put in recommendations to ensure business risks are minimized. Work on multi-discipline/departments collaborations and initiatives to drive process improvements and controls.

• Engage internal and external stakeholders to build collaborative relationships and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the Institution. Provide financial planning support and financial advice to cost centres/departments.

• Plan, drive and manage quality improvement projects at Departmental level as well as provide active support for staff training and equipping.

• Be a change agent and inculcate mindset change for Departmental level initiatives and establish a working environment of collegiality and effective teamwork.

• Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
• Degree in Finance / Accounting or any related discipline
• 2-3 years of experience would be advantageous
