6 Months Private Banking Ops (Up to $4,500) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Handle settlement of all wealth management products such as equities, bonds, mutual funds, structured products, structured deposits etc
• Process Deposits and Remittances (D&R) such as Deposit accounts and remittances
• Process Accounts Payables, including providing support for vendor payments and staff claims
• Handle Corporate Actions, position reconciliation and client statements
• Assist in the management of SWIFT Alliance system
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
