• Provide operational and administrative support for the Career Festival and Career Forward execution.

• Support MarComms inventory management, including stocktaking and upkeep of corporate collaterals and materials.

• Assist with procurement and finance administration, such as preparing Purchase Orders, tracking invoices, and managing required documentation.

• Maintain and organise MarComms’ digital filing systems, including SharePoint folders, templates, and trackers.

• Provide backend coordination support, including monitoring of contact centre escalations and routing matters to the appropriate parties.

• Help maintain accurate staff movement and escalation information to ensure smooth contact centre workflows.
