Campaign & Marketing Support

• Coordinate campaign execution and rollout, including collecting and submitting briefs, tracking deadlines, and follow-ups

• Assist with both online and offline campaign setup (e.g. coordinating collateral, comms messaging, scheduling digital assets, liaising with vendors or internal teams)

• Conduct pre-launch checks (e.g. ensuring links work, content is correct, segmentation is set)

• Assist in post-campaign wrap-up: performance tracking, lessons learned, collecting data for reports

Data & Reporting

• Track and maintain data / numbers for membership KPIs (e.g. new signups, retention, attrition, utilization rate)

• Prepare regular dashboards or summary reports (daily, weekly, monthly)

• Help with data integrity tasks: cleaning, verifying, reconciling membership databases

Membership & Operational Support

• Handle membership-related inquiries (via email) in a timely, courteous manner

• Liaise with internal stakeholders (IT, marketing, vendor partners) to resolve operational issues

• Assist with membership administration: processing new memberships/renewals, termination.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks

• Suggest improvements to workflows, tools, or systems to boost efficiency or reduce errors

• Support ad hoc projects or special tasks as assigned by the membership team lead
