Marketing Admin (Govt Agency)

 Duration: 6 Months

 Location: Raffles Place

 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours

 Salary: $10- $15/hr

 Job Scope:

Campaign & Marketing Support

• Coordinate campaign execution and rollout (brief collection, deadline tracking, follow-ups)

• Assist with online and offline campaign setup (collaterals, comms, scheduling, vendor/internal coordination)

• Conduct pre-launch checks (links, content accuracy, segmentation)

• Support post-campaign activities including performance tracking and reporting

Data & Reporting

• Track and maintain membership KPIs (sign-ups, retention, attrition, utilisation)

• Prepare dashboards and summary reports (daily / weekly / monthly)

• Support data integrity tasks such as cleaning, verification, and reconciliation

Membership & Operations Support

• Handle membership-related enquiries via email

• Liaise with internal stakeholders (IT, marketing, vendors) to resolve issues

• Assist with membership administration (new sign-ups, renewals, terminations)

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Document SOPs for recurring tasks

• Suggest improvements to workflows, tools, or systems

• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the team lead

 Job Requirements:

• Min. A Level/Diploma in any field

• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive

• Comfortable working with data, reports, and administrative tasks

• Good communication skills and able to liaise with stakeholders
