6 months Locum Phlebotomist (HALF DAY ONLY) #HZTT

Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples from patients accurately and safely to support diagnostic testing
• Follow infection control and safety procedures during blood collection to protect patients and staff
• Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures and ensure their comfort during blood draws
• Maintain accurate records of blood collection and related patient information as required
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to complete other assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
• Manage work schedule to meet operational hours from Mondays to Saturdays, 8am to 1pm

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess valid phlebotomy certification for Phlebotomist applicants
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience

Other Information

• Location: Central
• Working days/hours: Mondays to Saturdays, 8am - 1pm
• Pay: Staff Nurse: $26/hr; Enrolled Nurse: $23/hr; Certified Phlebotomist: $23/hr
