6 Months Contract Senior Executive, Scholarships & Sponsorships [WEST] #HZTT

Working Hours
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 6pm

Jobscope :
Lead and coordinate the administration and implementation of healthcare scholarships and pre-service sponsorship programmes across the cluster, including roadshows, scholarship talks, selection processes, placements tracking, and related events.

Partner with ministries and institutional HR teams to manage candidate shortlisting, interviews, on-site interview logistics, and onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Oversee publicity and funding processes, including platform management, funding charge-outs, and acting as the key liaison for scholarship, sponsorship

Requirements :
A recognized degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

1 year experience in HR, scholarships/sponsorships management, or student outreach/talent development will be advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-driven environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint).

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
