Job Scope

• Validate documents for various sub-account openings.
• Check documents for targeted file updates (mandates, net worth, address, contact details, IDs, nationality, etc.).
• Review documents related to pricing (bilateral agreements, fee changes).
• Check product/service request forms and knowledge & experience assessments.
• Perform signature verification.
• Conduct pre-closure checks for main and sub-accounts.
• Review ad-hoc IPQs and CIP forms.
• Handle monthly and half-yearly dormant account workflows.
• Support yearly PBC workflow exercises.
• Respond to queries from Legal and Compliance teams.
• Handle deceased account processes.
• Manage safe box-related tasks.
• Prepare unclaimed balance reports.
• Attend to general client requests (searches, copies of statements/advices, etc.).
• Carry out other assigned tasks as needed.

• Bank Experience required
• Salary: $3,000 - $4,000
