6 Months Bank Client Onboarding/Client Delivery (Securities Services) #BYR

Job Scope

• Manage end-to-end client onboarding and transitions (e.g. fund launches, restructures, closures) for Singapore Branch services.
• Coordinate account setup and changes across global securities services, including liaising with internal teams and external parties.
• Establish and drive project governance, ensuring proper planning, tracking, and timely delivery.
• Lead client meetings to align on timelines, requirements, dependencies, and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are complete for account setup, audits, and sign-off.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify improvements and enhance team learning.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Client Delivery, Sales, Relationship Managers) and external partners (custodians, investment managers).

Job Requirements

• Relevant operation experience in securities servicesor investment management.
• Start in early May 26
• Salary: $5,000-$6,500
