6 MONTH FP&A / Financial Controller (Regional) #HFT

Duties & Responsibilities

• In charge of monthly reporting operations including review of local financial reporting packages and submission to HQ before stipulated deadlines
• Plays a key role in the annual budget and forecasts process, including but not limited to preparation of guidelines, review and creation of templates, review of SBCs submissions, performing regional consolidation and preparation of region/global reports
• Planning and communicate to local Finance on annual deadline
• Coordinate with each local finance to ensure timely submission of all monthly and annual deliverables within stipulated deadlines
• Manage HFM data, reporting and submission process and performing regional consolidation for APAC region, working closely with Global FP&A team
• Design and preparation of monthly financial reports and financial presentation decks for management
• Provide analysis of monthly results (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and Capex), including reporting on other business performance metrics by collaborating with local finance teams and explain variances against budget and forecast scenarios
• Monitor and analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, margin, SGA, operating income, capital expenditures and cashflow against budget and forecast
• Manage APAC SGF process and reportings, working closely with APAC Admin Finance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Financial Controller in listed company.
• Familiar with Financial Reporting Standard for listing company.
• Well-versed in all aspects of financial management.
• Has regional exposure.
