Working Arrangement

Support across two departments (HR and Corporate Development)
Required to move between offices within the same premises

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full secretarial and administrative support to HR and Corporate Development
• Prepare and take accurate minutes for meetings, including senior management and board-level meetings
• Coordinate meeting schedules, logistics, and documentation
• Manage correspondence and confidential information with discretion
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and senior leaders in a professional manner
• Ensure timely circulation of meeting agendas and follow-up on action items
• Support documentation management and record keeping
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Prior experience in a secretarial or executive support role
• Strong minute-taking skills
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and board members
