6 Month Contract Executive, Clinical Affairs (South, Up to $4k) #HFT

a) Data Management

• Clinical Affairs has been tasked with digitalising hardcopy records. This initiative will improve data accessibility, enhance patient safety through better record-keeping, and support audit readiness.

• Collect and consolidate OMS and DFD data from multiple sources to create a comprehensive dataset for future service planning, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities.

b) E-Learning Administration

• Assist with the creation, administration and tracking of e-learning modules such as Code Blue and other modules managed by Clinical Affairs

• Maintain completion records to ensure compliance with the requirements and support staff competency development

c) Logistics and Meeting Support

• Arrange Code Blue drill and simulation sessions, ensuring all necessary resources are prepared and staff are coordinated

• The support for Code Blue related activities was previously managed by the Quality Management department. With the transfer of these responsibilities to Clinical Affairs, additional capacity is required to ensure continuity of this critical safety function.

• Coordinate meetings and provide logistics support, including venue booking, lunch ordering and meeting materials preparation

d) Other Ad Hoc Tasks

• Verify and reconcile laundry records against delivery orders and daily counts

• Undertake other administrative tasks to support Clinical Affairs operations

Requirements:
• Degree in Business/Life Sciences or any other relevant discipline
• Diploma with relevant operations/healthcare/data entry experience
