Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of client account information and supporting documentation
• Assist with onboarding process for new clients, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and complete paperwork
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking & Finance sector
• Proficient in MS Office
