The Job:

• To assist the Head of Facility in the day to day running of facility and asset management
• Work closely with the different departments, team members, and contractors, to ensure that that all work is completed timely and to acceptable standards
• Overseeing the physical condition including maintenance and capital needs of properties
• Coordinate and liaise with the Head of Facility and the team on building defects, feedback and follow-up on rectification works
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize disruption to operations
