✅Specimen Processing & Handling

• Receive, label, and prepare patient specimens (blood, urine, tissue, etc.).

• Perform proper storage, handling, and disposal according to protocols.

• Ensure accurate specimen identification to prevent errors.

✅ Laboratory Testing & Analysis

• Conduct routine laboratory tests (e.g., haematology, microbiology, biochemistry).

• Operate laboratory equipment and analysers.

• Record and verify test results before submission.

✅ Equipment Maintenance

• Perform calibration, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of lab equipment.

• Report equipment faults or abnormalities.

• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents.
