3 Months Locum Pharmacist [CENTRAL] #HZTT

Working Hours
Mon to Fri : 8.30am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm

Jobscope :
Review medication orders, and if needed, perform and document interventions.

Process drug orders and dispense medications to patients.

Perform medication-therapy related duties e.g. supply and receipt of controlled drugs, supply of drug stocks to patient care units, adverse drug reaction reporting, drug usage monitoring, etc.

Participate in quality assurance activities as assigned, e.g. ward inspections/expiry checks.

Collate records relating to drug supply, storage and distribution as required by hospital and legal regulations.

Participate in continuing professional education (CPE) programmes.

Assist in the training and supervision of pharmacy assistants and technicians.

Requirements
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to start immediately or on short notice
