Job Scope:

• Ensure related documentations are P-filed accordingly.

• Assist in updating, maintaining, and approving of HR data for existing staff

• Assist in verifying and updating onboarding data for New Hires & offboarding data for Resignees

• Deliver the HR activities that meet the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicator (KPI) within HR Group Shared Services

• Ensure record in myHR are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards

• Adhoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

* Min Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.

* No experience required as training provided
