3 Months Contract Pharmacist ( Mon to Fri) - Central - Up to $5000

• Dispensing medications, ensuring accurate dosing and administration, and monitoring for potential drug interactions or adverse effects.
• Providing clear and concise information about medications, including their purpose, dosage, administration, and potential side effects.
• Working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Staying up-to-date on relevant drug regulations and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines.
• Implementing and maintaining medication safety practices, including proper documentation, storage, and handling of medications.

Requirements

• Fully Registered on Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Able to commit immedialtely or on short notice
• Prior 2 years experience of dispensing in Acute setting.
