3 months Contract HR Executive (Healthcare) #HAL

Department: community healthcare department

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, office Hours

Location: WEST

Salary: 3200-4300

Responsibilities:

Managing a spectrum of HR functions and services, focusing on the following:

• Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires and facilitate a smooth integration

• Training: Support in training administration matters

• Performance Management: Facilitate the performance appraisal process including promotion cycles.

• Reporting and Manpower budgeting: Prepare manpower reports for submission to internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing the manpower budget cycles by collating manpower requests from HODs.

• Offboarding: Manage offboarding activities and analyse trends on attrition to support Head, HR in formulating retention strategies.

• Support the Head of HR in the preparation of materials for HOD meetings and submissions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Management related discipline.

• Min 1 year experience
