3 months Contract Business Policy Executive ($3,500 to $3,800) #NJA

The Job:

• Internal Policy Development
• Draft, update, and maintain internal corporate policies, SOPs, governance documents, and compliance frameworks.Ensure internal documentation is logical, coherent, and aligned with the organisation’s operational and strategic needs
• Establish templates and style guides for consistency across departments.
• External B2B Policy & Commercial Document Development
• Develop clear, enforceable external-facing policies, terms & conditions, service agreements, client onboarding documents, and commercial guidelines for customers
• Ensure all external documents reflect accurate service levels, operational commitments, commercial structures, and risk management considerations.Review and refine B2B contractual language to balance customer experience with business protection
• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with the various departments to gather inputs and refine documentation.
• Facilitate discussions to ensure all parties understand commercial implications and accountabilities.
• Compliance, Audit & Governance
• Ensure all documents meet regulatory requirements, audit expectations, and industry standards.
• Maintain proper documentation controls, versioning, and approval workflows.
• Support audits, RFP responses, and compliance reviews involving policy or contractual documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Policy, or related field.
• Outstanding written communication skills with strong command of structure, grammar, clarity and tone
