3 Months Contract Customer Service Assistant - 5.5 days - Up to $2500 ( Central)

• Receive physical samples at the counter or delivery point, ensuring proper labelling and adherence to chain-of-custody requirements.
• Check accompanying forms for completeness and accuracy before acceptance.
• Enter sample details into the tracking system and assign appropriate codes or barcodes.
• Ensure samples are stored or transferred according to temperature, safety, and handling protocols.
• Communicate promptly with relevant departments for urgent or priority samples.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Nitec , GCE A Levels or Diploma in any field
• Prior Customer Service experience is an advantage
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice.
