3 - 6 Months Locum Mobile Patient Service Associate PSA (Min 3 Days Per Week, OFFICE HOURS) *GOVT* #HAL

Salary: $13/hr (no cpf)

Working Hours:

Mostly Office Hours that may be activated on weekdays/ weekends

Schedule will be pre-planned, might be e.g. 3 days per week or 5 days per week or no activation

(Sunday and OT pay will be provided)

Location: Islandwide, will follow the bus , be willing to travel across Singapore Island, depending when/where the event and the mobile bus will be.

When no events are scheduled, PSAs will be based at a Polyclinic.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Laboratory/Radiographer In-Charge, you will provide excellent customer service to patients in the Laboratory and/or Radiography sections.

• Responsible reception of patients at Diagnostics centres and/or the mobile fleets.

• Support patient service functions including registration of patients, appointment scheduling, handling of queries, billing & payment collection and general administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

- Min / N/ A Levels / Diploma in any field

- No experience required as training provided

-Willing to travel and work on weekends when there is a project assigned
