Access Apprenticeships is an 18-month, full-time paid talent programme for fresh Diploma graduates and early-career jobseekers. The programme is designed to open doors to leading companies and fast-track your growth. Work alongside industry professionals, take on meaningful responsibilities, and gain hands-on experience while showcasing your potential as a future leader.

Job Summary

As an Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in exciting roles across different departments within a host company. In addition to on-the-job training, you will receive mentorship from industry professionals and participate in targeted skills development workshops to step into the working world with confidence.

Access supports you throughout your journey — from application and interviews to the apprenticeship itself. This includes:

• A tailored onboarding bootcamp to prepare you for your role
• Bi-monthly check-ins and ongoing mentor sessions
• Professional development opportunities in partnership with LinkedIn and the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS)

We ensure you have the support, skills, and confidence to succeed at every stage.

Who Should Apply

This programme is for you if you are:

• A fresh polytechnic Diploma graduate or an early-career jobseeker
• Motivated to learn and open to new challenges
• Seeking real work experience and structured support

We welcome applicants from all academic disciplines and majors.

You do not need:

• A university degree
• Perfect grades
• Prior full-time work experience

What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to showing up and growing.

Programme Period

July 2026 – Dec 2027

After successfully completing the programme, strong performers may be converted to a full-time permanent role.

March 8, 2026 (23:59 Singapore time). Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We strongly encourage you to submit your application as early as possible.

Requirements:

• Expected Diploma graduation between April 2026 to May 2026, or Diploma graduates with up to 2 years of work experience
• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents
