1 Year Contract Call Centre Staff (renewable)

Salary: $1,750 - $2000 (Dependent on experience) + $150 monthly allowance

Duration: 1 Year Contract and a yearly completion bonus (based on performance)

Working Hours:

• 8.30am – 5.30pm (Mon-Fri);
• 8.30am – 12.30pm (Alternate Sat)

Location: Sembawang

Job description:

• Contact customer to arrange for appointments for the installation or cut-off of gas pipes / gas water heater or appliances.
• Handle customers' enquiries on appointments, installation charges and other gas installation related matter.
• Follow up on customer’s enquiries from emails.
• Send SMS/emails to customers on their appointment schedules.
• Promote gas appliances / collaborations with other business partners to potential customers.
• Liaise with term contractor/SP Services on any services lapse.
• Feedback on any difficult/special cases.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• Min. Nitec/Diploma in any field
• Require call centre or front line customer service experience! Call centre exp will be preferred
