🍹 X 15 F&B Retail Assistant (Bubble Tea & Snacks) - No Experience needed! Training provided!

Work Locations: Sun Plaza, Causeway Point, Chinatown (Trengganu Street), Ang Mo Kio, Pasir Ris

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our retail beverage team. The F&B Retail Assistant will support daily store operations by preparing beverages, assisting customers, and maintaining hygiene standards within the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea-based beverages and customised drink orders

• Provide friendly customer service and assist with order enquiries

• Conduct snack sampling and packing for retail sales

• Operate beverage preparation equipment according to operational guidelines

• Process customer orders and handle cashier transactions

• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards within the outlet

Working Schedule

• 5-day work week (minimum 30 hours per week)

• 6 hours per day (no break time)

• Shift-based schedule assigned by Store In Charge:

  • Shift A: 9:00am – 3:00pm

  • Shift B: 11:00am – 5:00pm

  • Shift C: 4:30pm – 10:30pm

• Required to work on weekends

Salary & Benefits

• Hourly rate: $12.09 per hour

• Public holiday pay at double rate

• Incentives paid bi-weekly based on store performance

• Daily staff snack benefit

Requirements

• Valid Food Safety Level 1 Certification

• Previous experience in F&B or beverage outlets is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
