Job Description:

• Deliver high quality, accurate and prompt service to customers
• Manage, lead, and provide guidance to a team of policy servicing executives
• Manage customers’ complaints, escalate where necessary and collaborate with various internal stakeholders to achieve fair outcomes
• Perform user acceptance testing, provide progress update and sign off
