Job Description:

• Internship Programme Management: Support the development of structured internship programmes and provide operational and executional support when required
• End-to-end internship management: Assist with sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management
• Campus Engagement: Help design and execute scalable and sustainable engagement strategies for current and future interns
• Support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and explore collaboration with other business units
• Projects: Contribute to initiatives such as digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and intelligence capabilities
• Ad-hoc tasks: Provide support on other projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Degree in a relevant discipline
