Job Description:

• Proficient in managing daily requests for unit trust transfers, from initiation of request to completion.
• Timely and accurate processing of unit trust requests
• Effective management and resolution of failed transfers.
• Provide seamless, efficient, effective, and value-added services to front office.
• Ensure adherence to established procedures, control guidelines, market regulations and compliance framework during processing.
• Action on mailbox enquiries
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
• Serve as Processor or Checker for various tasks
• Account maintenance such as onboarding and updating assignment of Firms and Financial Advisors
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the above functional activities

• 1-2 years of relevant experience
