12 Months Contract Bank Ops (Up to $6,000) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Support pipeline education and training needs for internal teams
• Support special initiatives, management forums, governance meetings, and workshops as required
• Prepare weekly management dashboard for projects
• Prepare agenda and work with internal teams on content for the weekly Pipeline Deck Review
• Liaise with internal teams to identify pipelines of new initiatives and projects
• Organize and track pipelines, capturing readiness-for-approval data and other relevant information
• Organize and manage circulation of pipeline decks
• Maintain and update project approval data and dashboards
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking & Finance sector
• Proficient in MS Office
