12 Months Contract Bank Middle Office (Up to $4,500) #BTS

Responsibilities

• Investigate and follow-up nostro and securities reconciliation breaks
• Monitor ‘short sell’ securities position and ensure prompt follow up and updates
• Process Equity / OTC derivatives such as equity / bond / index/ listed / exotic options and interest rate swaps
• Match, sort and verify trade confirmations
• Monitor and process periodic fixing events such as settlements
• Perform and participate in User-Acceptance-Test and ad-hoc projects
• Attend to queries from the front office, advisory desk, and counterparties
• Check Transaction Supplement / long-form confirmations
• Prepare manual confirmation and advice to clients
• Monitor daily margins for Listed Options
• Assist any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Banking industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
