Job Responsibilities

• Assist with enrolment through small group sharing and one-to-one engagement with patients/residents in outreach settings such as hospitals, designated booths or community settings, via the mobile app or system application.
• Explain to patients the benefits of Healthier SG initiatives and the importance to enrol, make the first visit to review Health Plan with the Primary Care Provider, fulfil the preventive health recommendations and follow up for review annually.
• Attend to HSG related enquiries from patients and caregivers.

Requirements

• Customer service oriented, passionate about serving & interacting with people and prepared to go the extra mile.
• Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Able to adapt, multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
