Job Scope:

Greet and welcome visitors and customers warmly, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an accurate and well-organized calendar.
Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document handling.
Address customer feedback or complaints calmly and professionally, escalating issues where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and service-oriented approach.
Customer-focused, proactive, and able to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to handle inquiries and complaints calmly and professionally.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic administrative skills, including data entry and filing.
Comfortable using standard office systems such as email, calendars, and Microsoft Office applications.
