1 Year Contract HR Trainee (On Job Training Provided) #NJA

The Job:

• Monitor and follow up on post-employment background reference check for closure with external vendor & internal stakeholders
• Manage all new hire onboarding activities such as profile creation & providing support to new joiners on 1st day enquires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Manage the end-to-end process of daily card access transmission
• Uphold good data management practices by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records in all HR systems

The Requirements:

• Min Degree in Human Resource / Business Management
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
