Jobs Responsibilities

• Manage asset transfers for local and foreign markets, ensuring proper handling of associated processes and risks

• Act as escalation point for share transfer related matters within the team

• Handle SG Securities Borrowing and Lending SBL, trade affirmation and scripless conversion requests

• Process share transfer transactions and manage physical share certificate deposits for Singapore and foreign markets

• Liaise with clients, trade representatives, counterparties and custodians to resolve operational matters

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and maintain accurate documentation and records

• Review processes to enhance operational efficiency and controls; support ad hoc duties and projects as assigned
