1 year call centre officer #EAT

Working Hours (4 weekdays and 1 weekend either sat/sun)

830am to 6pm/11am to 9pm

Job Scope:

Act as the first point of contact for the customers

Supporting Client’s calls using the following sites.

Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary

To alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems.

Ad-hoc duties that related to contact centre projects.

Job Requirements:

Min GCE O levels and above, with 1-2 years of customer service experience

Good interpersonal skills and able to multitask in typing and speaking over the phone.
