First time going there and not a good first experience. I had booked for 2 appointments for my wife and I and. Prior to confirming the appointment I advised them that we had a baby with us so if we could get the appointments one after the other. Appointment was at 11am so we decided to arrive early at 10 45 At 11 15 we are told it was going to be another 30 min and at that time a patient had just walked in and went straight in for the appointment. I'm assuming they either double booked or they gave him priority but we were fine to wait. My wife then goes in and 40 min into her session the staff approaches me to say they can't take me anymore because my wife's session is taking too long. They kindly offered to reschedule at a later date but obviously this was not convenient and not considerate. Wife also said the cleaning experience was the worst she had. The cleaning tech was rough and not very pleasant An extra point for giving my son a balloon. Will be going elsewhere W
